East 1501 is an end condo with extra square footage inside and out, and it's the perfect destination for your next Florida vacation!

East 1501 offers an extra spacious and inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The three guest bedrooms have access to the north balcony, which overlooks the greater Destin area. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and flat-screen TV. The third guest bedroom has two bunk beds, one twin over full and one twin over twin. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Experience was great. Beach Service was a little confusing. We shared that our son was handicapped and requested a beach chair near the steps. It worked the first day, but we had to ask each day to make it happen.
