East 1604 offers a vibrant, fresh feel with hardwood flooring throughout and an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the beachfront balcony outfitted with poly-wood furniture. The dining area offers seating for six and additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also centrally located in the condo for extra convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bathroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom features two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Can’t describe the amazing experience that we had in this accommodation, everything was perfectly thought by the owners, we had everything to spend an awesome family time doing many things, cooking around the kitchen with and amazing view, you even can see the dolphins swimming in the morning while your taking breakfast. it was very clean and neat. the beach service was a total relax for us, you just need to bring your towel and sunblock to the beach. my family loved it here, we are coming back next year no doubts ! thank you very much
