The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. East 504 is a Destin dream come true!

You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry area is just off the kitchen and features a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, solid wood and plush furnishings, a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
