Silver Beach Towers is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, East 703 also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, a tennis court, and much more. With modern upgrades and updates, East 703 is sure to bring your dream vacation to life!

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

For added convenience this condo offers secure WIFI.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features gorgeous spacious walk-in shower for two, and a double vanity with in-mirror lighting. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. Just steps from both the first guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a shower tub. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
