East Penthouse 1701 is a two-story, five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the seventeenth floor, East Penthouse 1701 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. As of April 24th, the Gulf facing balcony work has been completed for this vacation home, and will no longer impact Guest use. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

East Penthouse 1701 offers a warm, tropical feel with an inviting open-concept living area and decor fit for a beach vacation. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the expansive, furnished, seventeenth-floor beachfront balcony. There are three expansive balconies with plenty of room for entertaining featuring panoramic views of boats and dolphins as they pass. The dining area offers seating for four. The formal dining room offers seating for six. There is even additional seating for seven at the Breakfast Bar! The nearby fully equipped gourmet kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the seventeenth-floor beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first-floor guest bedroom has a king bed and access to the seventeenth-floor north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
SECOND FLOOR
Two master suites offer a perfect getaway for large family gatherings. The second master suite is located on the second floor of this beachfront penthouse. The second-floor master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the eighteenth-floor beachfront balcony. The master bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. The second guest bedroom has two double beds, private access to the eighteenth-floor north balcony, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds and private access to the eighteenth-floor north balcony. Just steps from this guest bedroom and the second-floor media room is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs media room is perfect for the whole family and features a queen sleeper sofa, large TV with DVD player, and nearby laundry room.
