The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. West 1201's a serene, seaside-inspired vacation condo with an extra spacious floor plan, comfortable furnishings, and tasteful accents perfect for your next beach vacation!

West 1201 offers an elegant, tranquil feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the wall-mounted UHD Smart TV complete with a Blu-Ray player and Samsung soundbar. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, quartzite countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer and is easily accessible from the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a new Purple© mattress, Samsung UHD Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, an HD Smart TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, an HD Smart TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Highlights were sunrises and sunsets on the balcony, fishing with Always Tight charter boat and dinners at the local restaurants. Highly recommend McGuires Irish Pub and Mimmo’s Italian restaurant!

Check-in was easy, simple. This time of year there's not too many people. There was no waiting for the elevator. Our floor was so quiet. The place was beautifully furnished and very clean!! Great stay!

The condo was fantastic and we will be going back. The only issues with the place was the ice maker was going out in the fridge and the dryer didn’t work very well! Literally, no big deal and everything else was perfect
