West Penthouse 1704 is a two-story, five-bedroom, five-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the seventeenth floor, West Penthouse 1704 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. West Penthouse 1704 offers an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for eight with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, a double oven, a stand-alone ice maker, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Centrally located in the penthouse is the laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

SECOND FLOOR
The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunkbed set with an attached twin trundle, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

FIRST FLOOR
The third guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Penthouse View We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday, our anniversary and friends anniversary. This suite accommodated 5 couples very comfortably so that everyone had their own bathrooms. Spacious balcony with great view to watch the dolphins and drink coffee in the mornings, big frig and pantry . When we booked there were 2 separate beds in one bedroom that ended up being bunk beds. The pool and hot tub areas were beautiful, clean and fun. Walking distance to activities and restaurants. Great experience! Thank you!
