The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the expansive, furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers plenty of seating with two chairs and two benches. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, nine-foot tray ceilings, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen and is complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a garden bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom also has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and also overlooks the greater Destin area. The third guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom, third guest bedroom, and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
