The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a large jacuzzi bathtub, tiled walk-in shower with built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

No need to look further!
We loved our stay at Silver Beach Towers, and we will definitely return! Our unit, 703E, was very clean, everything was in working order, and there were plenty of towels for our use. The beds were comfortable, the showers were large and looked like they were recently upgraded, and the view of the Gulf was spectacular. We had no reason to contact the property manager for assistance during our stay. The overall property was also very nice, well maintained, and well organized. The key fob system worked well, as did the reservation system for beach chairs and umbrellas. The elevators were easy to use and we never had to wait long. We used the grills for lunch one day, and found them to be clean and in good working order. The only suggestion we have for our unit is to provide cushions for the two lounge chairs on the balcony, which were very uncomfortable. We could not sit in them without sliding down. Obviously, this is a very minor item, but it's an easy fix. We are certainly looking forward to our next visit, and we will recommend Silver Beach Towers to our friends and family.
