The formal dining room offers seating for six. There is even additional seating for seven at the Breakfast Bar! The nearby fully equipped gourmet kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the seventeenth-floor beachfront balcony. The primary bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first-floor guest bedroom has a king bed and access to the seventeenth-floor north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

SECOND FLOOR
Two primary suites offer a perfect getaway for large family gatherings. The second master suite is located on the second floor of this beachfront penthouse. The second-floor primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the eighteenth-floor beachfront balcony. The primary bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. The second guest bedroom has two double beds, private access to the eighteenth-floor north balcony, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds and private access to the eighteenth-floor north balcony.
